About this fabric

This upholstery fabric has a compact, practical handle and a dry woven texture that suits tailored seating pieces. The visible surface in this colourway is a muted praline brown with gentle beige undertones, giving it a warmer feel than a cooler taupe. It is specified at 140cm wide, with a 0cm pattern repeat, so it offers an uncomplicated finish for cutting and upholstering. The composition of 50% polyester, 24% cotton, 12% viscose and 14% linen helps explain the cloth’s balanced look, combining a slightly crisp weave with a soft, natural character. Care instruction NQT1< should be followed as supplied.

How to use it

Use this shade on sofas, dining chairs or a headboard where you want a steady, warm neutral rather than a pale beige. It pairs especially well with oak, tobacco leather and off-white linens.

A warm, easy neutral that works well on clean-lined seating and cushions.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
