About this fabric

This upholstery fabric has a dry, lightly striated surface that reads as warm and earthy rather than bright or glossy. The rust colour sits between terracotta and dusty red, with tonal variation that gives the cloth gentle depth in the light. At 140cm wide and with no pattern repeat, it is straightforward to cut for seating and other tailored pieces. The composition of 50% pol, 24% cot, 12% vis, 14% li suggests a balanced, textile feel, while the NQT1< care code should be followed for maintenance.

How to use it

Use it on an armchair or banquette to bring a grounded, sunbaked note into neutral schemes. It pairs well with oak, worn brass and textured creams for a calm, autumnal palette.

A warm, earthy rust that adds depth without overpowering a room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
