About this fabric

This upholstery cloth is 140cm wide and has no pattern repeat, making it straightforward to cut and use on tailored furniture. The composition of 50% polyester, 24% cotton, 12% viscose and 14% linen gives the surface a slightly dry, textile-led character rather than a shiny finish. In the swatch, the colour reads as a warm oatmeal with a gentle beige cast and subtle thread variation that softens the overall tone. The result is a versatile neutral that feels calm, tactile and easy to live with.

How to use it

Use this oatmeal shade on a sofa or armchair where you want a light, airy neutral that still has enough texture to feel grounded. It pairs neatly with pale oak, chalk white and muted sage for a soft, contemporary scheme.

A calm, easy neutral for soft seating and understated interiors.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
