About this fabric

This large-scale Ashmore design combines perching and flying birds with gnarled branches, sprays of leaves and abundant flowers, all clearly defined against the ochre background. The warm mustard tone gives the colourway a deeper, more enveloping mood than a pale yellow, while cobalt blue, dusty pink, mauve and olive details punctuate the composition. Supplied as 100% non-woven wallpaper, it is 70 cm (27.5 inches) wide and has a vertical pattern repeat of 64.5 cm (25.34 inches). The detailed illustrated surface and strong contrast between the ochre ground and jewel-like birds make the pattern read as decorative and richly layered across a wall.

How to use it

Pair the warm ochre ground with dark timber, aged brass and upholstery in olive, dusty rose or deep blue. In a dining room, study or bedroom, let the blue birds and pink flowers guide the accent colours without competing with the wallpaper’s intricate repeat.
