Colour 2 Fabrics FabricHAF0458-01

This colourway pairs warm Brazilian-rosewood brown with a pale shiitake beige-grey ground. Its tightly repeated angular zigzags create a crisp geometric surface, softened by the subtle variation of the weave.

About this fabric

The woven design sets closely spaced, angular zigzags in warm rosewood brown against a pale shiitake ground, giving the pattern clear definition without a bright or glossy effect. At 403 gsm, it has a substantial cloth presence suited to upholstery applications. The pattern repeats every 11.7 cm vertically and 10.5 cm horizontally, keeping the geometry tightly paced across a panel. A 136 cm usable width and 106 threads per cm provide practical coverage with a visibly dense woven structure.

How to use it

Use this warm brown and taupe colourway on a chair, bench or upholstered headboard where its small-scale geometry can add rhythm without overwhelming the room. Pair it with ivory, mushroom, aged timber and muted bronze accents to draw out the rosewood warmth.

Use the warm rosewood-brown geometry to bring definition to taupe, ivory and natural timber schemes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
