About this fabric
The design is formed from closely spaced rows of small rounded arches, with pale green and lighter highlights creating a delicate, rhythmic texture across the cloth. The muted matcha shade reads cool and fresh rather than yellow, while the woven surface adds subtle depth without making the pattern feel heavy. At 315gsm and 139cm wide, it is a versatile mid-weight fabric suited to both upholstery and drapery. The pattern repeats every 45cm vertically and 91.5cm horizontally, useful details when planning a larger installation.
How to use it
Pair the soft matcha green with chalky whites, pale timber and warm natural fibres, or use it to bring a quiet botanical freshness to a tailored chair, blind or curtain.
Use this softly patterned matcha green in relaxed upholstery or filtered-light curtains for a calm, considered finish.

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Washi Matcha without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
