Southborough Matcha
Harlequin x Henry Holland Fabrics FabricHAF0596-02
Southborough Matcha pairs a muted matcha-olive ground with crisp cream, forming a tightly repeated field of pointed, diamond-like motifs. The colour reads earthy and softly luminous as the woven surface catches the light.

About this fabric
The compact geometric pattern creates narrow vertical movement, with alternating olive and cream peaks that give the cloth a rhythmic, architectural look. At 520 gsm, this is a substantial fabric suited to upholstery, while its 133.8 cm usable width provides generous coverage. The pattern measures 15.4 cm vertically by 6.7 cm horizontally, keeping the motif relatively small and easy to place across tailored forms. With 37.8 threads per centimetre, the close construction reinforces the dense, tactile appearance visible in this Matcha colourway.
How to use it
Use Southborough Matcha on a statement armchair, dining seats or a structured sofa where its cool olive tone can sit against chalky walls, pale oak and warm neutral textiles.
Use this weighty matcha-and-cream geometric for tailored upholstery, balanced with warm timber, natural linen or brushed brass.

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Southborough Matcha without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
