Harlequin

Dappled Leaf Velvet Amber/Rose

Harlequin X Sophie Robinson Fabrics VelvetHAF0509-01

Warm amber leaves overlap across a soft rose-pink ground, creating a dense, all-over botanical surface. The velvet face catches the light unevenly, giving the ochre foliage added depth and softness.

About this fabric

This Amber/Rose colourway pairs ochre-amber and russet leaf shapes with a pale, dusty rose ground, creating a warm and lively contrast. Its 416gsm velvet construction gives the densely patterned design a substantial presence well suited to upholstery. The 133.5cm usable width provides a practical field for placing the repeated leaves across a chair, headboard or sofa. With a 44cm vertical and horizontal repeat, the clustered foliage keeps its diagonal movement across larger upholstered panels.

How to use it

Use it on a statement armchair or window seat, balancing the warm amber leaves with muted rose, cream and natural wood tones. The dusky pink ground also works well with darker walnut or painted cabinetry.

Use the warm amber foliage to bring lively pattern and soft rose colour to upholstered seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
