Dai Indigo/Ivory

Indoor Outdoor Weaves OutdoorHAF0554-02

Dai Indigo/Ivory is a dense outdoor weave with a cool indigo ground crossed by fine ivory threads. The close grid gives the surface a tactile, quietly graphic character rather than a bold, open check.

About this fabric

This heavy 466gsm fabric has a tightly woven appearance, with narrow indigo and ivory lines forming a small, even grid across the surface. Its 0.7cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeats keep the design finely scaled and easy to use across upholstered forms. At 135cm wide and 15 threads per centimetre, it presents as a substantial, hard-wearing textile suited to outdoor upholstery. The indigo reads deep and cool, while the ivory flecks soften the overall depth and catch the light across the textured weave.

How to use it

Use Dai Indigo/Ivory on outdoor seat cushions, dining chairs or occasional upholstery where its cool indigo tone can anchor pale stone, chalky grey and natural timber. Pair it with plain ivory textiles to draw out the lighter grid threads without losing the fabric’s graphic definition.

Use this substantial indigo-and-ivory weave to bring practical texture and cool, graphic contrast to outdoor upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
