Embellir Indigo

Accent Ii Fabric

Embellir Indigo is shown here as a deep, cool indigo woven textile, crossed by fine pale threads. Its tactile surface and softly frayed edges give the colourway a layered, informal character.

About this fabric

The dark indigo ground shifts towards charcoal where the closely worked yarns overlap, giving the swatch visible depth. Fine blue-grey and pale threads run across it in broken horizontal and diagonal lines, forming a small crosshatched texture rather than a flat stripe. The dense-looking weave catches the light unevenly, while loose fibres along the edges emphasise its tactile finish. No performance features are noted for this fabric in the supplied information.

How to use it

Use this cool, deep indigo on an occasional chair, headboard or statement cushion, balancing its textured surface with chalky whites, soft greys and warm wood.

Pair the cool indigo ground with pale neutrals and natural timber for a richly textured, relaxed scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
