Ocala Stripe Mallard/Chalk

Indoor Outdoor Weaves II OutdoorHAF0624-09

Ocala Stripe Mallard/Chalk shows narrow, broken mallard-teal bands crossing a chalk ground, with the woven surface giving the colourway a softly mottled depth. Its horizontal rhythm reads crisp at a distance while retaining a tactile, variegated character up close.

About this fabric

This outdoor textile has a usable width of 141 cm and a substantial 563 gsm weight, supporting its classification as an upholstery fabric. The pattern repeats vertically every 6 cm and horizontally every 1.5 cm, creating closely spaced horizontal stripe bands made from small upright woven marks. Mallard teal appears muted and slightly cool against the chalk base, while the uneven weave softens the contrast rather than making it stark. With 20 threads per cm, the dense surface has a compact, textured appearance suited to the robust character of the Indoor Outdoor Weaves II collection.

How to use it

Pair this muted mallard teal with chalk, warm timber and pale stone on outdoor cushions or upholstered seating. The fine broken stripes can introduce movement while keeping the overall scheme calm and lightly coastal.

Use the muted mallard-and-chalk stripe on outdoor seating, where its textured bands add relaxed colour without overwhelming a scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
