The close-up shows a quiet plain weave rather than a printed motif, with delicate horizontal and vertical threads creating a lightly textured surface. At 394 gsm, this is a substantial fabric suited to upholstery, while its 143 cm usable width supports practical cutting for furniture projects. The supplied pattern repeat is 0 cm vertically and horizontally, so the cloth can be positioned without matching a design. With 17 threads per centimetre, the weave has a neat, closely drawn appearance that gives the pale blue-grey colour gentle depth rather than a flat finish.
