Sabi Oyster

Mirador Fabrics FabricHAF0388-03

Sabi Oyster reads as a pale, cool-leaning oyster grey, with subtle warmth in the finer beige flecks. Its close, pebbled surface gives the swatch a softly irregular depth rather than a flat plain finish.

About this fabric

The densely packed weave combines an oyster-grey ground with charcoal and muted beige flecks, creating a finely mottled texture visible across the swatch. At 252 gsm, with 38 threads per cm, it has a substantial mid-weight handle suited to both upholstery and drapery. The fabric has a 138.5 cm usable width and a 60 m standard length. Its supplied pattern repeat measures 43.5 cm vertically by 69 cm horizontally, giving the small-scale texture a measured rhythm when planned across a larger scheme.

How to use it

Use Sabi Oyster where a room needs a light, quietly layered neutral with more depth than a solid grey. Its cool oyster tone works especially well alongside chalky whites, pale timber and charcoal accents, while the warm flecks help it sit comfortably with taupe and natural stone.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
