About this fabric

The colour moves visibly from translucent parchment at the top through smoky charcoal-brown into burnt spice and rust at the lower edge, giving the hanging cloth a warm, graduated depth. Its fine, open weave and 119 gsm weight create the fluid fall shown in the image, making it especially suited to drapery rather than hard-wearing upholstery. With a usable width of 285.5 cm, it can form broad curtain drops with fewer joins. The design has a 0 cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeat, while the standard length is 30 m.

How to use it

Use the pale upper section to retain daylight at a window, allowing the charcoal and warm spice lower section to echo timber, tan upholstery and rust-toned accents. The long ombré drop works particularly well in a calm, light room where the colour shift can remain visible.

Use this sheer ombré as full-length window dressing to bring warm spice depth beneath a pale parchment upper field.
