Mirador Fabrics FabricHAF0391-02

Turaco Onyx presents a dense, repeating field of ivory diamonds and trellis-like lines against a deep charcoal-black ground. Its pronounced woven surface gives the monochrome design visible depth rather than a flat printed appearance.

About this fabric

The fabric’s tightly arranged diamond motifs create a rhythmic geometric pattern, with small ivory dots and broken lines defining each charcoal-black form. At 440 gsm, it has the substantial visual and physical presence expected of an upholstery textile. The 38.7 cm vertical repeat and 32.8 cm horizontal repeat allow the pattern to read clearly across a larger upholstered surface. A construction of 103 threads per centimetre contributes to the finely detailed, tactile appearance visible in the swatch.

How to use it

Use this cool, near-black and ivory colourway on a statement armchair, bench or sofa where its crisp geometry can provide strong contrast. Pair it with warm timber, aged metal or plain ivory textiles to soften the graphic monochrome effect without competing with the pattern.

A high-contrast monochrome weave that brings structured diamond geometry to upholstered seating and accent pieces.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
