About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton, Summer Tapestry Wavy has a usable width of 138cm and a 45cm horizontal by 64cm vertical repeat, so the large floral motif has room to show its full movement. The design reads as a bright multi-coloured tapestry print on an ivory-cream base, with vivid blues and reds taking the lead and lighter green and yellow accents adding lift. Its 20,000 Martindale rating and General Domestic upholstery grade make it suitable for lighter seating as well as curtains and accessories, while FR treatment can be applied for drapery and upholstery use. The surface has a natural cotton body rather than a slick finish, which suits the crisp outline of the wavy stems and stylised petals.

How to use it

Use this colourway as a statement roman blind, accent chair or occasional cushion where the cream background can keep the room feeling open. It works especially well with calm neutrals, pale timber and solid blues pulled from the print.

Pair with plain linens or painted wood to let the lively print stay the focus.
