About this fabric

Woven in 53% cotton and 47% viscose, this fabric has the fluid handle and soft sheen you would expect from a decorative drapery cloth rather than an upholstery grade textile. The 144cm usable width and treatable-for-FR-drapery specification make it well suited to lined curtains, swags or accessories where the pattern can fall in full, uninterrupted repeats. Its 37cm horizontal and 63cm vertical pattern repeat supports the large-scale plume effect seen in the image, with emerald, turquoise and pale ivory accents set against a deep dark ground. The colourway feels cool and saturated, with the brighter aqua notes lifting the design and the darker green creating depth and contrast.

How to use it

Pair it with walnut, smoked brass or matte black finishes to play up the jewel-toned look of the emerald ground. In a room with calm neutrals, this colourway becomes the focal point and adds a vivid, tailored sense of drama.
