About this fabric

The colour reads as a muted aqua softened by cream, with a subtle blue-green cast that stays calm rather than saturated. Fine diagonal herringbone lines are visible across the surface, creating a small-scale woven texture and a softly mottled appearance. A faint blush-toned crosswise accent is visible through the weave, adding warmth to the otherwise cool opal shade. No performance features are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Tummel Inn Opal to lighten a relaxed armchair, headboard or full-length curtain, pairing its pale aqua tone with chalky whites, natural timber and softly weathered neutrals. The warm flecks in the weave also sit comfortably with blush, sand and pale stone accents.

A softly textured pale aqua weave that brings a quiet, coastal lift to upholstery or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
