Tetbury Stripe Aqua brings a cool, pale aqua-green note to the vertically arranged design, with delicate leafy sprigs set against a soft ivory ground. The fine motif gives the swatch a light, rhythmic appearance rather than a bold stripe.

About this fabric

Made from 100% cotton and supplied at 137 cm wide, this fabric shows slender aqua botanical trails running from top to bottom across an ivory background. The blue-green tone is muted and watery, with enough contrast to define the repeated sprigs while retaining a calm, airy feel. Its vertical pattern repeat is 15 cm and the horizontal repeat is 19.5 cm. It is suitable for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads; professional dry cleaning is required, and it must not be washed, bleached or ironed.

How to use it

Use the cool aqua-green as a soft accent in a pale bedroom or relaxed sitting room, where the ivory ground can sit comfortably with white, chalky neutrals and light timber. The vertical sprigs would translate neatly into curtains or a small upholstered chair, with the 15 cm repeat remaining easy to coordinate across bedspreads and cushions.
