About this fabric

This contract fabric is made from 91% Polyester and 9% Nylon/Polyamide and has a hard-wearing 100,000 Martindale, making it suitable for demanding upholstery schemes. The swatch shows a compact, nubby plain weave in a soft ash grey, with fine lighter flecks that lift the surface and give it a dry, contemporary feel. Supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, it is specified with professional dry clean in situ care, with further finishing available on request. The overall effect is calm and restrained rather than warm, which makes it an easy neutral for commercial seating and coordinated soft furnishings.

How to use it

Use Hendrix Ash on seating, banquettes or contract sofas where a cool grey ground needs to feel polished rather than stark. It pairs neatly with black metal, pale timber and deeper charcoal accents, letting the texture provide interest instead of colour.
