Pure Fennel

Chelsea Fabric

Pure Fennel appears as a quiet, greyed fennel green across the swatch, with a soft, low-contrast surface rather than a distinct printed motif. Fine vertical tonal variation gives the plain cloth a gently irregular, woven character.

About this fabric

The colour sits between soft sage and warm grey, creating a subdued fennel tone that changes gently across the surface. Close inspection shows a fine crosswoven texture with delicate vertical striations and very little contrast, giving the cloth restrained depth. The supplied catalogue provides no composition, width, rub-test or performance-feature information for this colourway. Its even, mid-weight-looking weave makes it visually suited to both upholstered pieces and simple window treatments, subject to confirming the intended end use.

How to use it

Use Pure Fennel where a room needs a softened green without strong saturation: it would sit comfortably on an occasional chair, headboard or relaxed blind alongside chalky neutrals, warm wood and quiet grey accents.

A quiet greyed green with a fine woven texture for understated upholstery or window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
