About this fabric

The image shows a compact woven face in a gentle flax beige, sitting between oat, sand and natural linen in tone. Fine irregular horizontal lines create quiet movement across the surface without forming a printed motif. The texture gives the colourway a softly tactile, relaxed presence, while the even mid-weight appearance makes it suitable for both upholstery and drapery.

How to use it

Pair Element Flax with warm whites, pale timber and chalky stone for an understated natural scheme. Its muted beige tone also works well as a calm foundation for rust, olive or tobacco accents.

Use this softly textured flax beige to bring warm, natural calm to upholstery, curtains or layered neutral schemes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
