About this fabric

The swatch shows an even woven construction with fine horizontal irregularities running across the surface. Ochre, amber and golden-brown threads combine to create a rich but softened tone rather than a bright yellow. Tiny shifts between lighter and darker yarns catch the light gently, giving the cloth a lightly tactile appearance. With no visible motif, the interest comes from the weave and the nuanced colour variation.

How to use it

Use Racer Ochre to warm a neutral room through a softly textured chair, headboard or pair of curtains. It works especially well with chalky creams, natural timber and deep olive accents, which complement its golden undertone.
