Quilted Mirage Monochrome

Kirkby Design X Eley Kishimoto Edition Ii Fabrics Fabric

Quilted Mirage Monochrome makes a striking monochrome statement, combining an inky black ground with irregular cream marks that seem to ripple across the surface. In the photograph, the energetic pattern is used on upholstery, a cushion and the floor.

About this fabric

The dense abstract motif is formed from countless angular cream strokes, creating swirling clusters and a strong sense of movement against the black background. Its high-contrast palette reads crisp and graphic rather than soft, while the woven surface gives the pattern a tactile, subtly broken edge. The photograph also shows the design on a pale upholstered cushion, where the cream areas become more prominent and the black marks create a geometric, almost quilt-like rhythm. No further specification data is supplied for this colourway.

How to use it

Use this black-and-cream colourway as a bold upholstery accent against warm stone, pale timber or simple black details. Pair it with quiet solid cushions so its swirling pattern remains the focal point.

A graphic black-and-cream textile that brings high-contrast movement to contemporary upholstery and occasional seating.
