About this fabric

Catalogued as a fabric, Pergola Aluminium has a tightly woven surface made up of delicate horizontal and slightly irregular lines. The aluminium-grey tone is softly muted and cool, with subtle variation where the light catches the tiny threads. Its plain construction keeps the design quiet, while the visible weave adds enough depth to prevent the colour from reading flat. No performance features are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Use this cool aluminium grey on a tailored sofa, headboard or occasional chair where its fine texture can provide a calm, polished foundation. Pair it with crisp whites, pale timber and other cool neutrals for a light contemporary room.

A cool, understated grey with a fine linear weave for tailored upholstery and calm contemporary schemes.

Pairs well with

Pergola Aluminium is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
