Cast Cream

Utility Fabric

Cast Cream presents a warm, pale cream ground crossed by slim vertical lines in a quiet taupe-grey. The close view shows a gently grainy woven surface, giving the stripes a softened edge rather than a stark printed contrast.

About this fabric

The base reads as warm off-white cream, with enough depth to feel softer than a bright white. Fine taupe-grey stripes run vertically across the face, creating a neat, elongated rhythm without a strong graphic break. The visible weave adds subtle grain and keeps the narrow lines from appearing overly crisp. Overall, this colourway has a calm, lightly structured character with a restrained contrast.

How to use it

Use Cast Cream where a room needs a pale, warm neutral with gentle vertical definition. Its narrow taupe-grey stripes would sit neatly on a tailored chair, headboard or full-length curtain alongside natural timber and other soft neutrals.

A warm cream ground and fine taupe-grey stripes bring quiet definition to upholstery or drapery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
