About this fabric

Arôme - Pompadour is a large-scale floral fabric filled with peonies, smaller blossoms and curling foliage. The palette is anchored by dusty rose and taupe-grey, with pale blue, muted sage and small ochre touches giving the surface softly faded, painterly depth. White-edged petals and darker flower centres sharpen the pattern without making it feel bright or high-contrast. No composition, width, usage or rub-test specification has been supplied for this colourway, and no performance features are noted.

How to use it

Use this colourway where its muted rose and sage palette can bring depth to a room without overwhelming it, such as on an occasional chair, cushion or relaxed curtain. Balance the floral richness with warm ivory, stone and weathered wood.

Pair its dusty rose, sage and chalky blue tones with quiet neutrals.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
