About this fabric

The large-scale repeat combines stylised flowers, scrolling leaves, seed heads and symmetrical botanical forms in deep charcoal, with subtle olive-grey tonal variation visible through the printed detail. Against the pale warm taupe background, the pattern reads shaded and atmospheric rather than stark black and white. Made from 20% linen and 80% viscose, this fabric is suitable for Contract and General Domestic use, including curtains and fixed upholstery. After-care is dry clean only.

How to use it

Use Cranbourne Charcoal for full-length curtains where its warm taupe ground can soften the room, or on a statement chair or sofa against plain charcoal, tan and aged-wood finishes. Its dense floral scale suits traditional, layered interiors that can accommodate a strong decorative repeat.

Use the warm taupe ground and charcoal botanical repeat to bring depth to curtains or tailored fixed upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
