Arley Duck Egg

Arcadia FabricLF1821

Arley Duck Egg brings together a cool, muted blue-green ground, pale botanical bouquets and winding vertical stripes. The softly distressed surface gives the colourway a gently layered, textile-like appearance rather than a flat finish.

About this fabric

This 137cm-wide fabric has a duck egg blue-green background crossed by slender, undulating pale stripes and repeated bouquets of light floral and leafy motifs. The low-contrast cream detailing sits softly against the cool ground, giving the pattern a calm, faded depth. Made from 20% linen and 80% viscose, it is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery, with Contract and General Domestic upholstery grades. After-care is dry clean only.

How to use it

Use the cool duck egg tone to bring a restful, slightly vintage character to relaxed sitting rooms, either as full-length curtains or on a traditionally shaped fixed-upholstered chair. Pair it with chalky creams, pale timber and softly weathered blue-green accents to echo the gentle contrast in the floral stripes.

A quietly decorative duck egg ground with pale botanical bouquets and undulating stripes, suited to curtains and fixed upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
