About this fabric

Made from 24% cotton and 76% polyester, this 137cm-wide velvet is supplied for curtains and fixed upholstery. The dark ash tone shifts between charcoal, smoky grey and warmer grey-brown highlights as the pile changes direction. Rather than a printed motif, the surface has an irregular, brushed-looking tonal texture that adds depth while remaining visually quiet. It is graded for Contract and General Domestic use and should be dry cleaned.

How to use it

Use this charcoal Ash colourway to bring depth to a tailored sofa, headboard or occasional chair, especially alongside pale stone, warm timber and brushed metal. As curtains, its smoky grey depth will frame a room without introducing a strong pattern.
