About this fabric

The cobalt-blue ground reads rich and cool, shifting from deep ink-like blue in the folds to lighter blue where the light catches the surface. A fine, even crosshatch texture is visible throughout, giving the plain cloth gentle tonal movement without a printed motif. Made from 100% linen, this fabric is approximately 137cm wide and is catalogued for curtains. After-care is dry clean.

How to use it

Use Danube Plain Cobalt as full-length curtains where its intense blue tone can anchor pale walls, warm timber or quiet neutral upholstery. The visible linen texture helps soften the depth of the cobalt without losing its colour impact.

Use this richly saturated cobalt linen for curtains that bring cool blue depth and visible woven texture to a room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
