About this fabric

Woven from 100% linen, this 137cm-wide fabric has a fine, closely textured surface with subtle tonal variation rather than a printed pattern. The colour reads as an earthy charcoal-grey softened by warm taupe and hemp undertones, giving it more depth than a flat black or cool grey. Supplied for curtains, it is well suited to full-length panels where the natural linen texture can be seen in changing light. Danube Plain Hemp is dry clean only.

How to use it

Use this deep hemp-grey colourway for generous curtains in a room with pale plaster, warm timber or stone, where its muted depth can anchor the scheme without becoming stark. Pair it with oatmeal, chalk and aged metal accents to echo the linen’s softened tonal character.
