About this fabric

The design is built from alternating wide and narrow vertical stripes: biscuit-tan bands sit beside pale blue and ivory sections marked with dotted, sprig-like lines and tiny scalloped edges. The softly muted palette feels warm rather than bright, with the blue-grey accents cooling the natural biscuit ground. Made from 100% linen at approximately 137cm wide, Dimity is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery in a General Domestic setting. Allow 3% shrinkage; care is by delicate wash at 30°C or dry cleaning.

How to use it

Use the biscuit ground to warm a pale room, with the blue-grey stripes echoed in painted joinery, cushions or painted furniture. The vertical layout is well suited to full-length curtains and neatly tailored fixed seating.
