About this fabric

The pattern alternates broad terracotta-rust stripes with narrow pale blue lines and cream panels filled with delicate dotted, trailing motifs. Fine scalloped edges and small repeating marks add definition between the stripes without overpowering the warm rust tone. Made from 100% linen and approximately 137cm wide, it is suitable for curtains and fixed upholstery. This general domestic fabric allows 3% shrinkage and should be treated with a delicate 30°C wash or dry cleaned.

How to use it

Use Dimity Rust for full-length curtains where its vertical stripes can emphasise height, or on a relaxed occasional chair to balance the warm terracotta with pale blue and cream cushions. It works especially well with natural timber, aged brass and chalky neutral walls.

Use the warm rust stripes to bring depth to relaxed curtains, occasional upholstery or a country-style reading chair.
