About this fabric

The repeating pattern is formed from tall, sinuous vines, with muted ochre-tan lines tracing between pale olive leaf shapes and dark coal interiors. Its strong vertical rhythm gives the design a formal, architectural quality, while the subdued colours keep it grounded rather than bright. At approximately 137cm wide, this fabric is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery, with an upholstery grade suitable for Contract and General Domestic use. The composition is 88% polyester, 8% acrylic and 4% viscose, and the design has a 46cm half drop.

How to use it

Use Helter Skelter Coal on a statement armchair, dining seat or full-length curtain where its dark coal depth can anchor warmer tan, olive and natural timber tones. Pair it with plain textured fabrics to let the winding leaf pattern remain the focus.

A dramatic coal ground with tan and pale olive vines, suitable for curtains or fixed upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
