About this fabric

The pattern is formed from repeated stepped and hooked shapes, giving the fabric a subtle basket-like rhythm rather than a bold graphic effect. Its cool blue ground is softened by fine pale threads, while the woven construction adds gentle tonal variation across the surface. Made from 18% viscose, 36% polyester, 41% acrylic and 5% linen, it is approximately 140cm wide and specified for fixed upholstery. The fabric is suitable for Contract and General Domestic upholstery and should be dry cleaned.

How to use it

Use Exford Denim on a tailored armchair, sofa or dining seat where its cool blue tone can sit comfortably with chalky whites, pale timber, denim accents and muted lilac details. The small geometric scale also works well alongside plain cushions and larger, quieter textures.
