Malmo Cornflower

Malmo FabricLF2086FR

Malmo Cornflower is a finely textured woven fabric with a pale cornflower-blue ground, softened by lilac and light neutral threads. Its close-up surface reveals a delicate, broken trellis-like geometry rather than a bold repeat.

About this fabric

The cool blue-lilac colourway has a softly mottled appearance, with tiny woven marks giving the pale surface subtle depth and a gently tactile finish. Composed of 30% linen, 61% viscose and 9% polyester, Malmo Cornflower is approximately 140cm wide. It is specified for fixed upholstery in Contract and General Domestic settings. After-care is dry clean.

How to use it

Pair this pale, cool-toned weave with chalky whites, soft grey and washed timber, or use it on a chair or sofa where the small blue-lilac geometry can add pattern without dominating the room.

Use this cool cornflower-and-lilac weave to bring gentle colour and fine pattern to upholstered seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
