Coquette Tempest

Accent Fabric

Coquette Tempest is shown here as a cool blue-grey textile with a closely ribbed surface and softly varied tonal depth. Draped into a fold, its fine linear structure catches the light along the raised weave.

About this fabric

Catalogued as a fabric, Coquette Tempest has a tightly woven appearance formed by closely spaced vertical ribs crossed with fine horizontal threads. The blue-grey colourway reads cool and muted, shifting from silvery grey on the lifted ridges to deeper slate tones in the recesses. No performance features or further specification data are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Use the restrained blue-grey tone to add calm, cool texture to a contemporary chair, ottoman or full-length curtain. Pair it with charcoal, weathered timber and soft stone shades to emphasise the fabric’s depth without competing with its linear weave.

The cool blue-grey tone and finely ribbed weave bring understated texture to upholstery or drapery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
