Juto Lapis

Reflect Fabrics FabricHAF0544-02

Juto Lapis has a cool, pale blue-grey ground crossed by closely spaced white zigzag lines. The fine broken geometry creates a softly rippling effect, with the woven surface adding subtle depth rather than strong contrast.

About this fabric

This Harlequin Reflect Fabrics textile has a useable width of 137 cm and a substantial 445 gsm weight, making it well suited to upholstery applications. Its 39 cm vertical and 46 cm horizontal pattern repeats organise the irregular chevron-like lines into a gently shifting all-over design. In this Lapis colourway, the blue reads muted and airy, while the light lines catch across the surface to give the pattern a delicate, almost hand-drawn movement. The 41 threads-per-cm construction supports the fabric’s finely detailed appearance.

How to use it

Use Juto Lapis on a tailored armchair, ottoman or headboard where its cool blue-grey tone can sit alongside chalky whites, pale timber and brushed metal. Its restrained zigzag rhythm also works well as a graphic counterpoint to plain upholstery in deeper navy or charcoal.

The cool blue-grey ground and fine irregular zigzag lines bring a composed, graphic rhythm to tailored upholstery.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Juto Lapis without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
