About this fabric

This 312 gsm fabric is woven at 27 threads per cm, giving the fine linear pattern a close, composed look rather than a loose or rustic texture. Warm ivory and pale copper-taupe tones sit closely together, with the softly shifting lines creating gentle depth across the surface. The pattern repeats every 32 cm vertically and 22 cm horizontally, while the 135 cm usable width offers a practical format for both upholstery and drapery. It is supplied in a standard 30 m length.

How to use it

Pair Formation Copper with chalky whites, warm stone and pale timber to emphasise its quiet warmth, or use it against deeper tobacco and walnut tones for more contrast. Its fine contour pattern is suited to relaxed curtains, occasional upholstery and cushions where the copper tint can catch the light subtly.

Use this softly warm copper-cream ground to bring subtle movement to upholstery, cushions or full-length curtains without overpowering a room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
