Montage Fabric

Kabalya Storm is a softly muted greige-grey fabric, patterned with fine pale botanical and paisley outlines. Its low-contrast surface gives the dense design a quiet, almost sketched appearance.

About this fabric

The colour sits between cool grey and warm stone, with a softly weathered depth rather than a crisp or high-contrast finish. Closely drawn leaves, curling stems, paisley forms and small floral details run across the surface in an all-over arrangement. The fine, light-looking weave and subdued tonal relationship make this colourway especially well suited to drapery, where the pattern can read as a gentle veil of linework. No performance features are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Kabalya Storm for full-length curtains in a calm bedroom, reading room or softly layered sitting room. Pair its pale greige ground with chalky whites, natural oak and muted taupe upholstery to preserve the colourway’s quiet, cool-stone mood.

Use this softly weathered greige ground for relaxed curtains or blinds with delicate botanical definition.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Kabalya Storm without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
