Scatter Ocean

Timeless Prints Fabric

Scatter Ocean presents a cool blue-grey ground crossed by fine, broken linear marks in pale cream and charcoal. In the photographed setting, its quiet contrast gives the cushion a graphic presence without overpowering the softly textured daybed.

About this fabric

The pattern is made up of closely spaced, irregular lines that create a gently checked effect, with the blue-grey base lending the colourway a subdued, oceanic depth. Its woven surface reads as tactile and finely grained, particularly across the broad upholstered daybed. The cushion shows how the pale linear detail catches the light against the darker ground, while the same design appears as a controlled vertical rhythm in the background curtain.

How to use it

Use Scatter Ocean on a cushion or upholstered seat alongside pale grey upholstery, then echo its charcoal linework with dark metal or black woven accents. Its cool blue-grey tone works especially well in calm, low-contrast rooms with natural muted textures.

Pair the cool blue-grey ground with pale upholstery and dark woven accents for a considered, tonal scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
