Elmcote Weave Moss/Wheat

Indoor Outdoor Weaves OutdoorMOF0221-01

Elmcote Weave Moss/Wheat places dense moss-green foliage and wheat-gold botanical flowerheads over a warm cream ground. Small blue-grey and ochre accents add variation between the leafy forms, giving the repeat a quietly weathered depth.

About this fabric

This substantial 610gsm textile is woven for outdoor use, with a usable width of 136 cm and a 122-threads-per-centimetre construction. Its 43 cm vertical by 34 cm horizontal repeat is filled with rounded flowerheads, branching stems and layered leaves, rather than a sparse or open motif. The moss green reads muted and earthy against the cream background, while the wheat and ochre details catch the eye with a dry, sun-warmed note. The dense weave and directional botanical layout make this colourway particularly suited to hard-working upholstered seating and cushions.

How to use it

Use Moss/Wheat on a garden-room sofa, occasional chair or bench where the cream ground can brighten the setting without losing the grounded character of its moss foliage. Pair it with natural timber, aged brass and plain linens in warm stone or olive tones.

A substantial outdoor weave that brings moss foliage, wheat-gold flowerheads and a softly aged cream ground to upholstery.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Elmcote Weave Moss/Wheat without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
