About this fabric

The large-scale foliage is drawn in softly varied sage, blue-green and olive tones, while the cream leaves show fine linear detailing and gently warm the composition. The dark background gives the curling stems and acanthus forms strong definition without making the palette feel stark. This wallpaper has a 52 cm usable width and a 61 cm vertical pattern repeat, with a 0 cm horizontal repeat. Supplied in a standard 10.05 m length and weighing 181 gsm, it is suited to planning a continuous statement wall with careful pattern matching.

How to use it

Use Acanthus Privet on a feature wall in a study, dining room or bedroom, balancing its charcoal depth with warm ivory upholstery, aged timber and muted sage accents. The blue-green leaves also sit comfortably beside brushed brass and natural stone.

Pair the muted sage and blue-green foliage with charcoal, warm cream and natural timber for a composed Morris-inspired room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
