About this fabric

The image shows a compact, medium-scale plaid formed from intersecting horizontal and vertical bands. Its charcoal-brown base gives the colourway a deep, earthy character, with teal blue, wine red and subdued ochre adding narrow flashes of contrast. The surface reads as dense and softly nubby, catching the light unevenly across the woven texture. The overall effect is tailored and substantial, making it particularly well suited to upholstery.

How to use it

Use this colourway on a classic armchair, sofa or dining seat where its charcoal depth can anchor a room. Pick up the muted teal or wine-red lines with small cushions, while keeping surrounding walls and flooring warm and understated.

A deep, tailored plaid that brings charcoal depth and restrained jewel-colour accents to upholstered seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
