About this fabric

The Sea colourway moves between cool blue-green and softened grey-teal tones, creating a deep but muted impression rather than a bright turquoise. Broad charcoal horizontal and vertical bands form an oversized windowpane check, with finer pale threads visible where the weave catches the light. The close, nubby surface gives the fabric a substantial, softly brushed appearance suited to upholstery. Its restrained contrast keeps the plaid relaxed and easy to layer with plain textiles.

How to use it

Use this cool sea-teal check on a lounge chair, footstool or tailored sofa, pairing it with charcoal, weathered wood and warm neutral accents to balance the blue-green depth.

A cool, softly mottled teal plaid with enough visual depth for relaxed upholstery and occasional chairs.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
