Arturo Fabric

Essi Oat has a warm, pale oat ground woven with fine cream and taupe threads. Its softly irregular grid catches the light gently, giving the surface a quietly tactile character.

About this fabric

The close-up shows a woven textile built from small interlocking checks and broken horizontal lines, rather than a printed motif. Warm oat, cream and faint taupe tones create a muted, lightly variegated surface with subtle depth. The texture appears substantial enough to suit upholstery as well as softer furnishing applications such as curtains. No performance features are noted for this textile.

How to use it

Use Essi Oat to soften a room with warm stone, chalk or pale timber finishes; its low-contrast grid works particularly well on a relaxed sofa, occasional chair or full-length curtain.

A warm oat ground and softly irregular woven grid bring quiet texture to upholstery, cushions or relaxed curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
