About this fabric

This colourway reads as a soft near-white rather than a bright, stark white, with a gentle warm cream cast across the swatch. Its plain surface has a fine, low-contrast texture that gives the fabric slight depth without introducing a visible motif or pattern. The even, opaque-looking cloth appears versatile enough for upholstery and drapery based on its visible mid-weight character. No composition, width, rub-test or other performance specification is supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use Oyster where a room needs a calm, light neutral without the sharper effect of pure white. It would sit naturally alongside warm timber, pale stone, soft beige and other quiet cream tones.

A quiet oyster tone with a softly textured plain surface, suited to calm upholstery or light-filtering window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
