Koa Navy

Otillo Fabric

Koa Navy has a cool, deep navy ground enlivened by tightly packed cream and warm brown flecks. Its close-up texture reads as a softly irregular horizontal weave rather than a flat solid.

About this fabric

The surface is formed from narrow horizontal rows, with dark navy threads interspersed by pale cream and russet-brown accents. These small colour shifts give the blue depth and a gently nubby, tactile appearance. The warm flecks prevent the navy from feeling stark, while the overall effect remains cool and grounded. No composition, width or rub-test specification has been supplied for this colourway.

How to use it

Use Koa Navy on a structured chair, headboard or compact sofa where its dense woven texture can be seen up close. Balance the cool navy with ivory textiles and warm timber or tan leather to echo the brown flecks.

Use the cool navy ground with pale timber and warm leather to pick up its cream and russet flecks.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
