About this fabric

The close-up reveals a fine, closely set motif of rounded, irregular marks rather than a single repeated geometric shape. Deep cobalt and blue accents give the colourway depth, while turquoise and pale aqua strokes keep the overall impression fresh and cool. The light ground remains visible between the marks, helping the dense pattern retain movement instead of reading as a solid dark colour. With its fine-scale surface design and versatile visual weight, it can work across both upholstery and drapery applications.

How to use it

Pair Orrin Cobalt with chalky whites, pale grey-blue and natural timber to balance its cool, saturated colour. It also works as a lively accent against deeper navy or charcoal furnishings.

Use the cool cobalt and aqua palette to bring lively colour to upholstery, cushions or softly dressed windows.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
